Quiet place, I truly enjoyed it. The location was ideal as I wanted next to downtown St Augustine and St Augustine. Staff were great and very quick with replies. The bathroom was clean there.

our stay at casa de la pina - downtown was amazing! the location was perfect for exploring st. augustine on foot, with easy access to the waterfront and downtown area. the house was clean and comfortable, and we loved the cute bathrooms. we also found a great restaurant around the corner!

The location of the apartment was great, with easy access to the waterfront and downtown area. The inside of the apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and good quality sheets. The floors were also clean, and the A/C worked well to keep the temperature pleasant. The bathroom was cute and clean, and one of them even had a clawfoot tub.
The showers in the bathrooms lacked hot water and the tub was unusable. The curtain in the tub kept sticking to you and there wasn't enough room to put it on the outside.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a great A/C system. The beds were cozy and the sheets were of good quality. The floors were kept clean and the bathrooms were cute and well-maintained. The clawfoot tub may not be ideal for older individuals, but it added character to the space. The house was peaceful and easily accessible, making our stay hassle-free. Additionally, there was a fantastic restaurant, the Ice House, just around the corner.
Felt great, no complaints whatsoever.

The location couldn't have been better. It was within walking distance to the waterfront and downtown area. The inside of the apartment was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were good quality. The floors were also clean. We really enjoyed the quietness of the apartment and how easy it was to get in and out.
The bathrooms were a disappointment. The clawfoot tub was unusable and taking a shower in it was unsafe.
